Once the Phenix Manufacturing Corporation our building produced many of the Midwest’s best garage doors. When the Company was purchased by a Canadian interest the entity became the largest manufacturers of garage doors in North America. In 1999 our group purchased the complex to provide low cost rent to local businesses and non profits. As a predominately manufacturing facility over 70 offices were constructed with a modern look and feel. Today our tenants enjoy a secure and beautiful work environment centrally located in town.
