About Us
The Elizabeth Street Business Complex is a 200,000 square foot facility tucked into a quiet neighborhood in Shawano Wisconsin. Complete with manufacturing, warehouse, laboratory and office space we serve many types of tenants. Our 16 acres are well maintained including one of the largest parking lots in Shawano.

We have many public use rooms the public can utilize for little or no fee including two large conference rooms with plenty of parking.
For Our Tenants
We have space for businesses from single-office to large heated warehouse. Our warehouse space includes 20' ceilings with sprinkler and alarm systems. Our office spaces are located in a secure building with private bathrooms and kitchen areas standard.

We have multiple meeting rooms available for our tenants and the community by appointment. Meeting rooms accommodate 6 to 50 people with wi-fi access.
